5211R: AlmaLinux 9.6 based ISO image

AlmaLinux 9.6 has been released and we just published new installation media based on it.

An updated BlueOnyx 5211R ISO image is now available and it is based on the recently released AlmaLinux 9.6. Updated Incus and LXC container images as well as VMDK and VDI disk images have also been released.

One noteworthy change is that we bumped the size of the /boot directory from 1.5 GB to 2.5 GB, as even the 1.5 GB was starting to cut it too close for comfort.
